We are very attached to the ProMax desking, crm and follow up system and our numbers definitely reflect that. We were 3rd in the Columbus area for December 2009 in used vehicle registrations, not bad for a small Suzuki dealer. There is no doubt the tools you provide assist us in our success. Just wanted to send a quick note concerning the Route One integration recently added to Promax Online. This is just great! We save so much time submitting applications now. We submit the application and continue working other deals. When the lender decisions the app, we get the answer right back in Promax, no hassle and no delay. I have been a Promax user for years and this is one of the best developments so far. Keep up the good work!
Promax Online has been our front end desking and CRM solution for two years and I don't know what we would do without it! Our increase in profits just in the first few months paid for the software for years.
And the customer management and follow up solutions provided are the best anywhere hands down. We can evaluate our sales staff, follow up with customers and increase our profits all with one solution. And their training is great. Our trainer, Tom Scherer, calls monthly to see what we need help with, and you never hear "That's not my department."

I’d like to recognize Dealer Marketing Services for a job well done. Having been in the automotive industry for over 20 years, I have had my dealings with a number of different vendors and none can compare to the customer service provided by your company.
The support staff I have had the pleasure of working with- Christina Wallace, Bud Smith, Gary Firrell, Jack Beciri and Justin Adams are to be commended for their work. Phone calls are either answered promptly or returned quickly. Issues are resolved and followed up in a timely manner. They never make me feel that a question I have asked is not important. They always take time to work with me and my staff. Special thanks to Christina, Gary and Bud for ALWAYS taking my calls, listening to my concerns, solving my issues and ALWAYS following up with me so I know the issue has been corrected.
I’m sure there are many others who have either helped me directly or indirectly at one time or another that I have not mentioned by name.
