entire selling process! Dealerships can send multiple deals to their
lenders via RouteOne and receive the callbacks right within their ProMax
Unlimited screens! Dealerships can quickly send a complete deal or a
payment call to multiple lenders of their choice. This electronic
submission will supply the relevant customer details, trade information,
and all the deal elements that RouteOne requires.
The Review and Submit
screen makes it quick and simple to send the deal or payment call to
several different banks for approval. Once the banks have made their
decision, the callback information can be transmitted back to ProMax
Unlimited to create a more efficient selling process. The callback will
contain the important parameters of the deal along with any stipulations
or comments.
The process for submitting to RouteOne is quick and simple. Once a deal has been saved for a particular customer, that deal or a payment call for that customer can be sent from the Review and Submit screen. To send to lenders via RouteOne, simply select either a saved deal or a payment call for each lender to be contacted. Then select the appropriate lenders from the list and click Submit to Selected Lenders. At that point the application can be sent as a joint application, or either of the applicants can be sent individually. Submission of the application takes only seconds.
Each lender will process the deal and reply with a
callback. ProMax Unlimited will display a notification when the callback
is received. Armed with the callback information, ProMax Unlimited can
now help deliver the most profitable deal within those guidelines!
