I just wanted to write and let you know how much we like the things we can do with ProMax. Being able to click one button and send applications to our lenders in Route One and Dealer Track saves us so much time. Also, it is so easy to stay compliant with all the new laws today with ProMax. Just pull up the reports and a few clicks and your Adverse Action Letters are printed. Your Risk Based Pricing Notices and Privacy Notices are just as easy. With all the new laws, it is very important to stay up on the requirements. You folks at ProMax do a great job of making sure all the tools are there and the fail safes are in place to protect us. Again, I just would not want to think of trying to do business without ProMax.

I would refer ProMax to any one who is looking for usability and functionality from a CRM tool. ProMax offers various tools that you can customize to fit all your dealership needs. I always get a prompt response from the ProMax team with any question I may have.

When I was hired at Toothman Ford Sales as the BDM I was looking for a lead management tool that was comparable to one that I had used in the highly competitive field of college admissions. I was looking for a way to deliver leads to my sales people as well as keep track of the leads progress. With ProMax we found the tool that we needed and more. ProMax allows me to deliver the leads to sales department and follow-up with the leads so that no one "falls through the cracks." In addition to the lead management tool, it has allowed us to stream line our selling process with the desking tools. ProMax is an outstanding product that I would recommend to any dealer.

As a quick testament to ProMax I have been responsible for CRM and showroom traffic control for over ten years at our Dealership. We have used many different CRM tools through the years from Sales Vision to Contact Management to Buzztrak and none have been as successful as ProMax. With the desking tool provided by ProMax all our Sales Managers insist that every prospect gets entered. With other CRM tools we were lucky to have 8 or 9 prospects entered daily. With ProMax we average between 30-45 prospects a day. What a difference!

The main reason I like ProMax is because we have an awesome representative. She is always available to help out and calls me back when I'm having problems. Training sessions with our sales consultants are short and to the point. Actually, the entire training staff at ProMax has been extremely helpful. I love the free webinar classes that are offered. They help me tremendously. We just hired two new managers and they will be pushing ProMax and the importance of follow-up with our sales team.I also need to mention Bud Smith because he is very prompt in setting up my emails and if I have problems is available to help.

Just want to tell you how thankful we are now that we have ProMax, our old system was so antiquated and half the time we had no idea if our customer had shown or sold. We had to constantly call our customer to find out. Now we know that same day if our customer has been in, and also we an find out right away if they sold. This saves us so much time to concentrate on all our new customers coming in to get more sales for our company!! I like that we have so many different things we can do with ProMax and are learning to use it more effectively everyday!!! Love it!!!!

We have been using ProMax products for over two years now and highly recommend them to anyone in the automobile business. Over the years we have used several of the leading CRM and desking products and can honestly say that ProMax is miles ahead of all of them. The training is excellent but many of our "new hires" have found that the intuitive design of the product makes it easy enough to use that they could start using it immediately before completing the training. It is one of the few software products that we have found in our industry that was actually designed by "car guys" instead of computer people so it gives you all the tools you need without a lot of complicated fluff. ProMax has been our front end desking and CRM solution for two years and I don't know what we would do without it! Our increase in profits just in the first few months paid for the software for years. And the customer management and follow up solutions provided are the best anywhere hands down. We can evaluate our sales staff, follow up with customers and increase our profits all with one solution. And their training is great. Our trainer, Tom Scherer, calls monthly to see what we need help with, and you never hear "That's not my department." If I need an answer, Tom will find it.

We have been using ProMax for three years and while it does so many things well, I have really been able to hone in on who our customers really are. Instead of using a shotgun approach to our marketing we can now rifle in and target our specific clients based on many variables provided by the ProMax system.

We have had ProMax host and maintain our KIA Dealer Website since 2013. In March of 2016 we redesigned our website to remain ahead of the pack, we now have a modern looking fully responsive website that rivals any website the “Big Box” companies could provide. They also make sure I stay compliant with KIA for all my graphics and specials. Previously we have used Dealer.com, we now pay half the cost of what we were paying them I have increased my monthly website traffic from 2000 visitor's to an average of 3800 per month now! We were previously using the KBB Instant Cash offer program and weren’t getting as great of return as promised so we decided to switch to the ProMax NADA powered variant called “Appraisal Express” It is super simple to use and we are seeing 25-40 leads come in every month. We love using the ProMax credit app on our webpage. We got to customize the questions and all the information flows directly into our ProMax system. We don’t have to go back and forth between systems to get a DOB or SS#. No more partial apps for us. We get all the information we need for our lenders and have streamlined our process as well. The installation was easy. They sent us instructions and all we had to do was forward them to our website provider. We are very happy that we made the switch to use a ProMax online credit app.

I have thirty years in the automotive industry and have used many software service providers in that time. I use ProMax because you guys take customer service to a level unlike any other!! Our ProMax website has been awesome. ProMax got it correct by making sure the mobile website works, looks, and navigates well. The desktop site also looks, and navigates great. The design team really took time to get things the way we wanted them. We really like the fact that our website is unique to us and not just a template like every other dealer is using. The website integrates so well with the rest of the ProMax software, it just makes managing the website so much easier. The add on products are well worth with the addition. We have tried other sites and have came back to ProMax twice now. For the cost, design, integration, and ease of use from both the consumer side as well as the dealer side it is just a tough product to beat.

We have had the ProMax soft pull tool since November 2020. This is by far our best online lead provider in sales. These leads stick their appointments and close. We are capturing more leads from our website by simply providing our customers with their free credit score. The information we receive is strong and helps us set and close sales.

Since switching over to ProMax we have had a 30% increase in sales and leads from our website. We are very happy with the responsive design of our new website. The owner and I have used other online management tools and we find the one ProMax has to be very user friendly and easy to navigate.
