The certification allows Volvo Dealers to manage inbound leads through the ProMax Unlimited Internet Lead Management (ILM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) modules.
ProMax is an approved lead management provider for most (OEM) manufacturers, including GM, Nissan, Ford, Hyundai, Subaru, Volkswagen, Toyota, Chrysler, Infiniti, Lexus, Saab, Mercedes-Benz, Mitsubishi, and now Volvo. Leads are sent directly into the dealership's ProMax system, allowing them to work all their incoming internet leads, including leads received from the manufacturer. OEM manufacturers track response times, knowing there is a direct correlation between quick responses and high conversion ratios. The 'time clock' is automatically stopped as soon as the lead is responded to within ProMax. Dealerships can also have a copy of the lead sent directly to a smart phone. Responding to the lead from a smart phone gives the dealership the ability to stop the clock 24/7 and take immediate action on an incoming lead.
